A Detailed Survey shows the features within and surrounding a parcel of land. The amount of detail shown varies from job to job and is dependant on the information required by the Council for Development Application purposes or your Architects scope of work required. Detailed Survey levels can either be obtained from an assumed datum or to AHD (Australian Height Datum) and contours can be shown at your preferred intervals.

An Identification Survey identifies existing buildings and improvements on a block of land. It is recommended to have an Ident Survey done prior to purchasing a property to protect against any potential disputes. An Ident Survey will check for the existence of easements, covenants and restrictions on the use of the land and whether or not the subject land complies with the conditions. We would also report on the distances of the walls, eaves and or gutters from the boundaries of the property and if there are any encroachments.
